What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and
the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s
stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective
legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender
make-up of the population)?
Absolute nonsense, why? Pick the best people
for the job out of the TWO, repeat TWO genders, Male or Female. If
someone is unable to apply within this criteria they are
Ineligible for employment.
What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential
sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?
Presumably draconian and full on woke.JUST

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the
Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they
adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying
Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?
Yes, the Senedd will be hopefully be disbanded
before this sees the light of day.
Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the
Bill?
It will mean the Sennedd May will be filled
with people who are in there, ‘to make up the numbers’,
whether qualified for the job or not, ludicrous, like women only
shortlists, another failed Labour scheme.
What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment
of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?
I couldn’t care as they do not have the
intellect to carry out a risk/reward analysis, see the Covid
fiasco
What are your views on the balance between the information
contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate
legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate
legislation appropriate?
No, they should not be making ANY legislation,
they do not have the band width - Mend the Potholes In The Roads
!!

competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European
Convention on Human Rights?
Yes, we should get the hell out of it, FRANCE
ignored the ECHR, so should Wales

as you ignore them anyway
